Order processing time = 15 days
We don’t wait for 15th day to dispatch your order. We always try to prepare your order as fast as possible, but generally it takes us 15 days to prepare your order and 5-7 days to deliver to your door step.

Delivery to your doorstep = 5-7 days
Our past record shows we delivered most of the orders worldwide, within 3-5 days only. But we still want you to expect a delivery within 5-7 days atleast.

Your Govt. may charge you Import Duty/Octroi Charges/Custom Charges in your country*
This is something out of our hands. Many countries apply import duty/custom charges according to their law to the receiver. Charges may vary country wise. Approx duty will be 10-12%.

Return & Refund policy:

You can send us back the item you have purchased in its original condition and pack within 7 days for the following reasons.

have received a damaged item

You have delivered me wrong item (different item code)

In Case of Custom Design/Stitch Service:-
You have delivered me a completely different design from picture.
You have used wrong colors (for e.g. - I wanted red color and you sent me white color i.e. a completely different color)
Please note:
Difference of shades of color (i.e. – light blue, dark blue, different shade of pink etc.) will not be considered.
Minor design makeup issues or increased expectation level or minor embroidery design differentiation will not be considered

I supplied the correct measurement to you but you ignored it and stitched my dress with wrong measurement.*
Please note:
*Only rectification and reshipping will be applicable on this condition. No return/refund will be applicable.

And I am reporting problem within 24 hours of delivery receipt.

Refunds on Returns:

We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.

We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.

There is a admin / credit card commission cost of 10% of the final order value ( 5% while accepting and 5% while refunding )

Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing. However we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.

All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the dress. Presence of original tags is must to accept returns back.

Incase of orders with free shipping, a flat shipping cost of $10 USD per item would be deducted towards shipping cost. This is in addition to the above said return charges.

Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
